#  Self-Monitoring (Fundamentals) 

 



 In addition to learning key concepts regarding behavior change and barriers to change, you will learn to engage in self-monitoring—of mood, perceived stress, and barriers to change. This skill will be foundational for implementing and evaluating stress management approaches throughout the semester.
