Katie is a current sophomore at Harvard College who is concentrating in English on the pre-medical track. She is also hoping to pursue a secondary in psychology. She is particularly interested in the intersections between the sciences and the humanities, and she aspires to use psychology as a tool to examine the practical effects of scientific research on human behavior. Katie hopes to study psychology and literature to better understand the human condition and learn how we can be more empathetic and effective in our careers and daily lives. Outside of the classroom and the lab, Katie enjoys mentoring, creative writing, and finding cool places to run in Cambridge.
