Engaging in regular physical activity and aerobic exercise can reduce physiological and emotional responses to stressors and even lead to brain changes in regions that regulate stress responses.  Strategies for incorporating regular physical activity into a busy schedule, and under conditions of social distancing, will be reviewed.
