SETTING REMINDERS

Please download the Calendar File (.ics) below to import Practice Reminders for each weekly Stress Management Strategy (SMS) introduced in this course into your Google Calendar. These reminders will contain links to the specific SMS's page on this Lab website, and by default they will be created on the Mondays (at 9am) of the weeks they are introduced in class/section -- of course you can and probably should "move" them to different days/times that fit your schedule. As well you can also duplicate them and/or make them recurrent reminders (for repeated practice & extra credit!)
