Tracking Your Stress

Forms

For this class we will be using two different assessments to track stress and the effectiveness of stress-reduction techniques over the semester.

Weekly Stress Survey - These ratings will be used to track individual stress and mood levels across the semester and to evaluate the effectiveness of different stress management strategies.

Stress Management Strategy Survey - These ratings will be used to evaluate the effectiveness of different stress management strategies for each student and for the class as a whole. The surveys will take less than a minute to complete.

[NOTE: For tracking your data in both of these forms you will need to create a personal ID - you can do so on this form: https://forms.gle/VQ5MGEjoxih1xyBi6]
