Behavioral Activation

Making time for people and activities you enjoy and that give you a sense of purpose, pride, joy, connection, and satisfaction can improve well-being and reduce emotional and cognitive responses to stressors. Yet, we often do not make time for these types of activities in our busy lives.  Behavioral activation is a strategy for doing so.
